How do I get started with ASIC mining?
The first step is to add the ASIC miners as External Miners in Awesome Miner. Follow the guide about adding External Miners. The guide describes both how to add a single miner and how to scan the network for all miners.

How do I get started with GPU mining?
The easiest way to get started is to use the Profit Switcher, where Awesome Miner automatically select what to mine based on what is most profitable. Please see the guide Add Managed Profit Miners and profit switching using the Wizard.
An alternative, if you want to mine a specific coin or be in full control of the mining, is to select the mining software and mining pools yourself. Please see the guide Add Managed Miners using the Wizard.
When using multiple computers for mining, Awesome Miner main application should only be installed on a single computer and Awesome Miner Remote Agent application on all the other mining computers. For details, see the guide Getting started with GPU mining.
How do I monitor my miners located on a remote site?
Awesome Miner requires a standard TCP/IP network connection in order to access the miners. If the miners are located on a remote site, the preferred solution is to setup a VPN network. Although it's possible to not use VPN and simply configure a router for port forwarding, it's not considered a good solution from a security point of view.
Another solution is to have Awesome Miner running on the remote site and access it via Remote Desktop. To get easy access to monitoring information at any time using any device, the Awesome Miner Cloud Services can be used, where Awesome Miner will be pushing monitoring statistics to the cloud.

What are the hardware and operating system requirements?
Awesome Miner requires Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 to run. Windows XP is not supported.
Even if Awesome Miner only runs on Windows, it can still connect to and monitor mining software running on Linux. The Awesome Miner Web can also be accessed from any computer, tablet and smart phone with web browser.
When using Awesome Miner with up to 100 miners, it can run on any computer that is capable of running Windows. When using Awesome Miner with 500 miners and above, a system with a CPU similar to Intel Core i7 and 8 GB RAM is recommended.
Is my ASIC miner supported?
Awesome Miner is compatible with all standard compliant ASIC miners, which includes almost all popular ASIC miners on the market. All Antminers are supported and miners from Innosilicon and many other vendors are also supported.

Can I monitor the mining from my smart phone or laptop?
To get easy access to monitoring information at any time using any device, the Awesome Miner Cloud Services can be used, where Awesome Miner will be pushing monitoring statistics to the cloud. The common mining operations like changing pool and starting or stopping a miner are also supported via the cloud web interface.
No firewall configuration is required to use Cloud Services.
Is Linux supported?
The Awesome Miner main application requires Windows. The Remote Agent application used for GPU and CPU mining can however run both on Windows and Linux.

Awesome Miner can also connect to mining software already running on Linux - including software running on EthOS and HiveOS. If Claymore Ethereum miner is running on a Linux computer, Awesome Miner can connect the Claymore Ethereum miner as an External Miner if the API of the Claymore Ethereum miner is enabled.

- How to enable profit switching for my miner?
Can I include my own pools and coins in the profit switcher?
Yes, as long as the profit is known for Awesome Miner. Awesome Miner can use information from for example WhatToMine to know the profitability of a specific coin. For more information, see: Coin and profit statistics.
To add a single custom pool to the profit switcher, the first step is to add it as a new Pool in Awesome Miner via the Options dialog, Pools section. To use multiple pools, add all of them and then change to the Pool Groups tab where a new group can be added to include multiple pools.
To include a pool or a pool group to the profit switcher, go to the Options dialog, profit switching section and specify it as a Custom pool.
Is the profit information in Awesome Miner correct?
Awesome Miner uses the information from the mining pools and coin statistics sites together with the current hashrate. If the information from one of these pools are incorrect, Awesome Miner will not be able to detect that. For any profit values that are too high, please compare with the web site of the pool and contact the pool operator for any questions.

Is the profit switcher making the correct decisions?
The profit switcher uses the profit information for coins and mining pools as described in the guide for Coin and profit statistics.
When mining with GPU or CPU where the hashrates are different depending on algorithm, the Profit profiles are used by the profit switcher to know which pool and algorithm is most profitable. It's important that the hashrates defined in the Profit profile are matching what the mining system actually can perform, otherwise the profit switcher may change to an algorithm that turns out to be less profitable.
Use the Benchmark feature to automatically let Awesome Miner find out the performance: Benchmark of algorithm hashrates
The hashrates can also be manually specified in the Profit profile. Right click on a miner and select Edit profit profile to open the properties for the profile.
To get insight why the profit switcher selects a specific algorithm, right click on the miner and select View Details and go to the Profit switching tab. Please note that these hashrates and profit estimates are based on what is defined in the Profit profile. They may not match the actual hashrate and profit. If they are not matching, please use the Benchmark feature or manually edit the profit profile to ensure they match, otherwise the profit switcher may select a less profitable pool. Where are my payouts from the mining?
Awesome Miner is not a mining pool. Awesome Miner is not responsible for any payouts from the mining operations.
For questions about payouts from mining pools, please refer to the web site for the mining pool being used. Please note that the frequency of the payouts are also specific for each mining pool.
Why is my payout from the pool lower than expected?
This is not related to Awesome Miner, but how the profit switching pools operate. They mine what is most profitable at the moment, but at the time the coins are exchanged for Bitcoin, the exchange rate may be lower when everyone is selling the coin at the same time. For this reason, what looked very profitable an hour ago, can turn out to have very low profitability in the end.
Please note that this is a general drawback with profit switching and is related to how each pool is doing the profit switching. For any questions about lower payouts than expected, please contact the pool operators. Awesome Miner is not a mining pool and will not take responsibility for the payout.

How can I see coin and profit information in the list of all miners?
You must define which coin you are mining for the active pool. Select a miner in the list and open the Pools tab in the lower part of the screen. Select the active pool and click the toolbar button Define coin. Select for example Bitcoin or Litecoin from the list. For more information, see: Coin and profit statistics
Can you add a new coin with profit information?
Awesome Miner automatically includes all coins from the main listings of WhatToMine.com, CoinCalculators.io and CoinToMine (if configured in the Options dialog, Statistics Provider section). If a new coin is added with properties and profit information by any of these coin providers, it will automatically appear in Awesome Miner. Any requests about new coins should be sent to the WhatToMine, CoinCalculators or CoinToMine teams.
If a coin is removed by WhatToMine or CoinCalculators, it will automatically be removed from Awesome Miner as well.
WhatToMine and CoinCalculators also have a few coins not included in their main listing. These coins can manually be added to Awesome Miner. On the WhatToMine web page for a specific coin, there is a JSON link in the toolbar. Copy this link and put it in Awesome Miner Options dialog, Statistics section, where it can be added as Additional JSON URL's. Example of a link looks like this: http://whattomine.com/coins/187.json
How do I change payout to Litecoin for the profit switcher?
Some pools allows configuration of the coin to be used for payout from the profit switching via the Password field. See the pool web site for details and information on available coins. An incorrect configuration can result in no payout from the pool.
To configure payout in Litecoin in Awesome Miner, open the Options dialog, Online Services section. Edit the entries and set the Password field to c=LTC.
How to change the algorithm of a coin?
Awesome Miner gets all coin information, including which algorithm it's based on, via the coin statitics providers like WhatToMine.com and CoinCalculators.io. In case a coin changes the algorithm, it may take some time before these providers changes the algorithm. Awesome Miner can override the algorithm for a coin via the Options dialog, Statistics Providers section, where the setting Override coin algorithm can be used to specify that a specific coin should be using another algorithm.
What is the best practice for benchmarking GPU's?
The benchmarking is by default performed on a single GPU at a time, and if all GPU's are identical, there is no need to benchmark more than one.
It's recommended to define hashrates based on what a single GPU can perform. To display profit information for a complete mining computer, use the Group profiles in Options dialog, Profit profile section. A Group profile can define how many of each GPU (represented by a Profit profile) the system has. See Benchmark of algorithm hashrates for more details.
The revenue / statistics for a coin is not correct
Awesome Miner uses coin statistics provided by WhatToMine.com and CoinCalculators.io by default. If a specific coin is reported incorrectly, it's because of one of these sources isn't providing accurate information.
Awesome Miner can improve the coin statistics by filtering out low volume coin exchanges. Go to the Options dialog, Statistics Provider section, and define Minimum exchange volume (BTC) to a value like 0.001 BTC. This will exclude many of the smaller exchanges and the result will be a more realistic revenue display.

- My GPU mining software fails to start
The information about the mining looks incorrect or is missing
In case information like hashrate, temperature or accepted shared are incorrect or missing, it's often because the mining software being used (Claymore miner, Ccminer, ...) doesn't report this information correctly. Awesome Miner simply display what is being reported via the monitoring interfaces (API) of the mining software.
To verify what information Awesome Miner receive from the mining software, select the miner and go to the toolbar: Tools -> API Report. The report will show a file output where the first section in this file includes the response from the mining software, and this information can be used to isolate the problem.
It's also important to understand that some information in the user interface isn't available on all mining software. Some mining software can provide progress information like Accepted and Rejected shares per GPU, while other mining software don't which leaves these values at 0 in Awesome Miner. The same applies for GPU clocking information, where not all mining software will provide this information.
Awesome Miner can use its internal methods to get GPU clocking information and display this no matter if the mining software supports in or not. See Display additional GPU information. Also note that the order of the GPU's may have to be changed in the GPU mapping dialog, as all mining software have their own way to order the GPU's.
Why is the API in Restricted mode?
By default, Antminers are configured with Restricted API access, which only makes it possible to monitor the mining statistics, but not performing operations like changing pool. Awesome Miner can help with configuring your Antminers to run with Privileged API access instead. See Configure privileged API access for Antminer.
Other ASIC miners have similar concepts for API access, where the API configuration must be defined to allow Awesome Miner to connect. On Avalon miners, the settings can be found in the configuration interface via: Status -> CGMiner Configuration.

Why are some mining and pool operations disabled in the user interface?
Depending on mining software being used, the operations that are enabled reflects this.
If all operations are disabled, it could be because the mining software isn't running with Privileged API enabled. To verify this, select the Summary tab where this information is specified. If the mining software is running in Restricted API mode, no operations will be available. If the mining software is running in Basic API mode, it indicates that Awesome Miner can use all API's of the mining software but the number of operations provided by the mining software is limited compared to what Awesome Miner can do with other software.
Why is a remote Managed Miner getting stopped all of a sudden?
Please verify the configuration:
- 1) Verify that the same version of Awesome Miner and Remote Agent is installed. Mixing versions are not supported and may result in miners being stopped or not started correctly
- 2) Verify that only a single Awesome Miner main application is connected to the Remote Agent application. Two Awesome Miner applications cannot connect to the same Remote Agent
- 3) Verify that the remote host is only added once in Awesome Miner. Open the Options dialog, Managed Hosts section and verify that no duplicates exists.
Why do I receive many e-mail messages when my e-mail rule is triggered?
An action to send e-mail can be triggered multiple times if the trigger condition is true. In this scenario, replace the E-mail action with a Notification action. A notification can be configured to send e-mail (Options dialog, Notification section), but the notification can also be configured if it should be triggered multiple times or not (using the "Notify once" setting).
When using the button to upgrade the software version, I still get the old version of Awesome Miner.
If there are pending upgrades for Windows Update, Windows may prevent other installation software from running. The solution is to reboot the computer, where Windows Update will perform the required tasks. After the reboot, it will be possible to upgrade Awesome Miner. In addition to using the upgrade feature inside Awesome Miner, the latest version of the software can also be downloaded and installed from the web site.
Unable to upgrade or uninstall the software
The Awesome Miner installer is based on the Windows Installer concept, where the uninstallation requires Windows to keep track of the installed software. In case Windows is unable to perform an upgrade or uninstallation, please use this tool from Microsoft to force the removal.
Where can I find the log file?
Awesome Miner is writing log information to AwesomeMiner.log. To find this file, select the toolbar Tools in the main window, followed by clicking the toolbar button Log File. The log file is located in the folder: %LocalAppData%\AwesomeMiner\
The log file for Awesome Miner Remote Agent can be accessed from the Remote Agent icon in the lower right corner of the screen, where the right-click menu has the option Log File.
My ASIC miner becomes Disconnected for some period of time
Awesome Miner is connecting to the ASIC miners to request mining information on a regular interval. If the ASIC miner fails to respond within a few seconds, Awesome Miner will mark the miner as Disconnected in the user interface.
If the next connection attempt is successful, the miner will show up as Mining again.
If an ASIC miner is showing up as Disconnected frequently, it's an indication that it doesn't respond correctly. One reason can be that the miners are located on a remote network, where the request time is much longer than on a local network.
- 1) In the Options dialog, Advanced section, increase the value of Miner API connection timeout. This will result in Awesome Miner waiting a longer time for the response from the ASIC miner
- 2) If the network connection is unstable, Awesome Miner can be configured to retry any failed requests if the setting Enable retry is checked in the same configuration dialog
- 3) Some ASIC miners can respond slowly or not at all when mining on certain pools. As this issue is on the ASIC miner itself it cannot be resolved from an Awesome Miner point of view. The recommendation is to change to another mining pool and see if the miner starts to respond correctly.
Ethereum mining fails because of DAG size
When mining Ethereum, a large amount of data called a DAG must be loaded to the GPU memory. This DAG is increasing with time as more and more Ethereum blocks are being mined. For this reason, GPU's with only 3 GB GPU memory haven't been able to do Ethereum mining for a while and now are getting to the point where 4 GB GPU memory cannot be used either. To be able to mine Ethereum, it's recommended to have 6 GB GPU memory or more.
To confirm if the mining problems are related to the DAG size, please start the miner with the Diagnostics button to see the reason why the Ethereum mining failed.
Another reason for issues related to the DAG size is too low virtual memory size in Windows. Please increase the virtual memory size according to the recommendations in the guide Setup Windows environment for mining
How to change mining software?
This article describes how to change the mining software Awesome Miner launches for CPU or GPU mining.
Managed Miner (no profit switching):
Right click on the miner and select Properties. Change the Mining software setting to the mining software to use.
Managed Profit Miner (profit switching):
Right click on the miner and select Edit Profit Profile. In the Mining software priority list, un-check the boxes for the mining software that you don't want to use. Check the boxes for the mining software that you do want to use.
Memory leak for nVidia GPU mining
Recent nVidia GPU drivers (460.x and 461.x) have an issue in the NVLM library, causing any application using it to monitor the power usage to leak memory. This can affect Awesome Miner, Remote Agent and a number of mining software.
On the system affected, the process reading the power usage will consume more and more memory over time.
Workaround: Older nVidia GPU drivers, for example 457.x, doesn't have this memory leak problem.
How do I remove miners and pools?
In the Options dialog, the miners can be found in either Managed Miners or External Miners section. The pools can be found in the Pools section. From these configuration sections, miners and pools can be added, modified and removed.
How to change the default pools that my Antminers revert to after reboot?
Antminers have 3 default pools defined, and the behavior of Antminers is to revert back to these pools when a hard reboot is made. When changing the current pool where the Antminer is mining, the default pools are not changed.
Awesome Miner can configure the default pools as well. Select one or many Antminers and use the toolbar Tools -> ASIC Tools -> Default Pools (via SSH), to define the 3 default pools.
How do I use my custom mining software with Awesome Miner?
See Generic Miner - Use any mining software for more information.
The Managed Software feature can also be used to define your own mining software. One scenario is that Awesome Miner includes a specific version of Ccminer, but you want to use another edition of Ccminer. By using the Managed Software feature it's possible to specify custom algorithm support for this miner and the required command line arguments required to launch it.
How do I configure Ethereum Dual mining?
Ethereum Dual mining is supported using Claymore Ethereum Miner. See Ethereum Dual mining.
When using the Profit Switcher, dual mining will automatically be used if more profitable than only Ethereum mining.
How do I add and configure my pool in Awesome Miner?
The primary source of information is the web site for the mining pool itself. Information like URL and how to specify Worker name is of most importance. Some mining algorithms also uses the concept of Wallets, that may have to be specified if required by the pool.
Pools can be added via the New pool button in the toolbar of Awesome Miner. To edit or remove a pool, use the Options dialog, Pools section.

How do I disable a GPU from mining?
Right click on the miner and select Properties. In the GPU Selection section, click the Configure button to select which GPU's to use.
How to start a miner automatically after reboot?
There is a check box to enable auto start in the Properties dialog for both Managed Miners and Managed Profit Miners.
The Properties can either be accessed by right clicking on the miner in the list of miners, or via Options dialog, Managed Miners section.
How to add custom command line argument to mining software?
Managed Profit Miner: It's not recommended to specify the command line on the miner itself, as it will be applied no matter which mining software is running. The recommendation is to configure this on the Profit profile. Right click on the miner and select Edit Profit Profile. Select the mining software (for example Ccminer), click Configure and enter the parameters to the mining software.
If the configuration is required only for a specific algorithm for the mining software, the configuration can instead be made in the Options dialog, Managed Software section. Edit the mining software (for example Ccminer) and use the field User defined command line argument.
Managed Miner: Right click on the miner and select Properties. Go to the Command Line section and enter the parameters to the mining software.
How to add password to the Claymore miner API?
The Claymore mining software prints a warning in the miner console if no API password has been specified. As long as the Claymore API port isn't exposed to the Internet, this warning can be ignored. In deployments with Awesome Miner, there is never a need to expose this port to the outside.
If you still want to configure a password for the Claymore API, it can be manually specified as a command line parameter to the miner. Open the Properties of a miner, go to the Command Line section and add the command line argument
Next, Awesome Miner must also be instructed to include the password in all API requests to the Claymore miner. Open the Options dialog, Mining Settings section and enter the same password as specified for the miner in the field for Send password for Claymore API requests.
How do I run mining software with Administrator privileges?
Right click on a miner and select Properties. Go to the Environment section and enable "Run mining process with Administrator privileges".
How to I set a unique worker name per miner?
Right click on the miner and select Properties. Enable Add to worker name and specify the miner unique part of the worker name.
I get an error message when trying to register a new account
Please note that you need to manually sign up for a Cloud Services subscription in addition to your existing Awesome Miner license - even for the included free 30 day period. Having only an Awesome Miner license without a Cloud Services subscription will not work.
Why can't I see all miners in the Cloud web interface?
When running more than one instance of the Awesome Miner main application, and both are configured to send data to the Cloud Services with the same Site Identifier, only the mining information from a single instance will be visible in the Cloud Services web interface.
The recommendation is to only run a single instance of Awesome Miner. The purpose of Awesome Miner is to provide centralized management for all mining operations. To run mining on multiple computers, download and install the Awesome Miner Remote Agent application on all computers that will be used for mining. Remote Agent should however not be installed on the computer where the Awesome Miner main application is installed.
When there is a need to have two instances of Awesome Miner, for example if multiple sites are used without a VPN network, each instance of Awesome Miner must be configured with a unique Site Identifier by following the steps in the the guide for Cloud Services - Configuration
The web interface indicates that the statistics has not been updated for a while
Awesome Miner must be running all the time in order to push the latest mining statistics to the cloud. In case the statistics are not updated correctly, please follow these three steps:
- 1) Click the Cloud Services button in the status bar of the Awesome Miner main window. Try with the Verify password button - is it working? If not, please make sure the same password is entered in Awesome Miner as was defined in the Cloud Services web interface.
- 2) Do you have any firewall or security software that may prevent Awesome Miner from connecting to and sending data to the cloud?
- 3) Please try to reboot the computer running Awesome Miner
How to I cancel or modify the subscription?
Use the subscription management page to cancel a subscription or to change the payment method for the subscription. There are multiple ways to get access to this page:
- 1) Click the Cloud Services button in the status bar of the Awesome Miner main window and then click the button Manage Subscription
- 2) Via the Cloud Services web interface, click the Account menu button and then Manage account to get to a page where a button for Manage subscription is available
Is the subscription per GPU or per computer?
When using the Awesome Miner subscription, one computer (mining rig) requires only a single miner license. It doesn't matter if the computer has 1 or 12 GPUs. It doesn't matter if you run both CPU and GPU mining or multiple instances of the mining software. In all these cases it's the number of computers (mining rigs) that counts.
- How can I recover my lost registration code?
How can I get access to the development versions of Awesome Miner?
Development versions are intended for users that want to try the latest features before they are made available in the official releases. Development versions are not intended to be deployed at large scale as they have not been tested as much as the official releases.
To get access to development versions, open the Options dialog in Awesome Miner. In the General section, enable Check for development versions. Then go to the Menu and click Check for updates
Can I trust this software?
Yes. Awesome Miner doesn't contain any virus, spyware or adware.
Since the launch in 2014, Awesome Miner has been adopted by many users running both small scale and large scale mining operations. Awesome Miner is developed by the Swedish software company IntelliBreeze Software AB.
A large number of users have been discussing Awesome Miner for more than four years in the official BitcoinTalk thread for Awesome Miner, making Awesome Miner the most well known solution for management and monitoring of mining operations.
Why does my anti-virus software detect threats?
Awesome Miner doesn't contain any virus, spyware or adware. The software has been on the market since 2014 and has a very good reputation.
All Awesome Miner executables are digitally signed with a certificate and passes the Microsoft SmartScreen filters thanks to the good reputation.
Every new Awesome Miner release is scanned with anti-virus software both locally and via online scanning tools using more than 60 popular anti-virus engines. Awesome Miner has never contained any virus but this process is still used for every single software version to ensure the software quality and reputation.
As with any Windows based application, anti-virus software can sometimes give false warnings. The general recommendation is to report this to the anti-virus vendor to have them correct it in their next virus definition update.
For some of the larger anti-virus vendors, for example AVG and Avast, they have already made deep investigations of Awesome Miner and whitelisted the software as safe.
In general, anti-virus software is very sensitive to software related to mining. The reason is that malware is often running mining software in the background to make money for the malware author. This is the reason why the mining software automatically downloaded by Awesome Miner should be excluded from the virus scanning. See the guide for Configure Exclusions in Windows Defender for more detail.
Some anti-virus software also puts a warning flag on all software that are related to mining - in some cases even Awesome Miner although Awesome Miner itself isn't doing any mining. This warning flag isn't stating that the software is a threat but simply inform that it's related to mining. The warning flag might indicate this with texts like "CoinMiner", "Cryptocoin miner" or "Bitcoin miner". If you are running mining operations and mining software, these texts are an accurate description of the purpose of the software you are running and can safely be ignored. However, if you downloaded a game or word processor and it's being flagged as software related to mining - you should take the warning more seriously.
How to I backup all settings or copy all settings to another computer?
Awesome Miner stores all configuration in the file ConfigData.xml located in the folder %appdata%\AwesomeMiner.
To copy the configuration from one computer to another, make sure that Awesome Miner isn't running and copy the file ConfigData.xml to the other computer.
What will happen to my configuration if I uninstall the software?
The settings are not removed when the software is uninstalled. This makes it possible to uninstall and reinstall and still have all miners and configuration kept. It's important to never downgrade the version of Awesome Miner, as this can result in loss of configuration. Always reinstall the same version or later.
To reset all configuration, and start with no miners and all default settings, Awesome Miner must first be fully closed. Open the folder %appdata%\AwesomeMiner in the Windows File Explorer and remove all files where the name starts with "ConfigData". Next time Awesome Miner is started, it will be loaded with the default settings and no miners.
How do I change log level?
The amount of log information that Awesome Miner produces can be configured in the Options dialog, Advanced section, using the Log Level setting.
For Awesome Miner Remote Agent, use the Remote Agent configuration tool (AwesomeMiner.RemoteServiceConfig.exe, located in same folder where the Remote Agent is installed) to set the log level.
Firmware installation failed - missing signature
Most of the recent firmware from Bitmain have a signature lock that will prevent custom firmware from being installed. When installing the Awesome Miner firmware via the Antminer web interface the result may be an error message about missing signature for the firmware.
Awesome Miner can be used to install Antminer firmware and in many cases bypass the issues related to the signature lock on the Antminer.
To install the firmware via Awesome Miner, go to the toolbar: Tools -> ASIC Tools -> Update firmware. The firmware can be selected from a list and Awesome Miner will automatically download and install the firmware on all selected miners.
Awesome Miner can bypass the Antminer signature check on most Antminers with the following exceptions:
- Antminer S9, L3+: Bitmain firmware from July 2019 or later
- Antminer S17, T17: Bitmain firmware from December 2019 or later
To install the firmware on any of the Bitmain firmware listed above, an SD card must be used. SD card images can be downloaded from the Awesome Miner Antminer firmware page.
Antminer firmware is restarting / rebooting
After installing the firmware, the recommendation is to select a Mining Profile to indicate the target hashrate.
The mining profile can either be set via Awesome Miner or the Antminer web interface:
Awesome Miner: Go to the toolbar: Tools -> ASIC Tools -> Set mining profile
Antminer web interface: Go to Miner Configuration -> Mining profiles
The firmware will automatically tune each ASIC chip of the Antminer to optimize the performance and power usage. As part of this process, it's expected to experience a few restarts of the Antminer a little while after selecting a Mining Profile. The restarts are not a sign of instability - it's an expected part of the ASIC chip tuning process.
If the Antminer is restarting even after two hours, please go to the Antminer web interface and select the DevFee tab. It's generally recommended to select Auto as region, but selecting another region may resolve issues related to restarts.
Antminer firmware web interface not updated or have broken links
This is an issue related to web browser cache. Please hold down the Ctrl key and press the Reload button in the web browser or use the key combination Ctrl+F5. This will clear any cache of the old firmware user interface and resolve the problem.
