Awesome Miner provides mining history in multiple ways

  • Graph for selected miner
Awesome Miner can display real-time and recent mining details for a miner, via the Graph tab for a selected miner.
  • Long-term Mining history
Mining history provides a summary for selected miners as well as individual miner history.
  • Long-term Mining history - detailed export
Awesome Miner can save all statistics for more than a year, and also provide features for generating charts and exporting all data as CSV-files. The CSV-export feature can be used to import data to Excel for even more powerful data processing and visualization.

The information Awesome Miner captures for each miner:

  • Hash rate
  • Power usage
    • Power usage as reported by the miner or estimated via the Profit Profile in Awesome Miner
  • Consumption
    • Estimate consumption (Wh) based on the power usage and for how long the miner has been running
  • Temperature
  • Revenue per day
  • Profit per day
  • Uptime
    • The miner is considered to be up as long as Awesome Miner can communicate with the miner. If the miner is Disconnected it is no longer considered to be up.
  • Uptime (excl. curtailment)
    • Same as Uptime but will not count the period of time the miner is curtailed
  • Hashing time
    • By default the hashing time will count the period of time the miner hash rate is above zero. This behavior can be configured in the Options dialog, History section, where the definition of hashing can be configured.
  • Hashing time (excl. curtailment)
    • Same as Hashing time but will not count the period of time the miner is curtailed
  • Curtailment time
    • The time when the miner is curtailed

Configuration

The Mining history settings are configured in the Options dialog of Awesome Miner, in the History section.

  • Data collection resolution
    • For deployments with larger number of miners (> 1000), the recommendation is to set the Data collection resolution to 1 hour or 1 day to reduce the amount of data being stored.
  • Hashing definition
    • Default is Hash rate above zero, indicating that any miner where the hash rate is above zero is considered hashing. This property can also be changed to Compare with percent of Profit Profile hash rate where the miner hash rate needs to be above the defined number of percent of the Profit Profile hash rate for the miner.

Long-term Mining history

The Mining history dialog can be accessed from the toolbar in the main window of Awesome Miner under button More -> Mining history. Mining history can also be accessed in the context menu when right clicking miners or miner groups in the miner list.

The Miner performance list offers individual mining history for all selected miners. The Additional tab hosts the sections Coins, Mining software and Pools history. These lists display average values of the selected miners.

Different time span for mining history can be selected by clicking on the top buttons in the dialog. The 15 minutes option is available in all Awesome Miner editions. The other time span options requires a subscription.

Please note that the history represents data collected when Awesome Miner has been running and with data collection option enabled. For example if data collection was disabled a few days, the 30 days time span option will not include missing data when calculation the Uptime, Coins usage etc.

Use the Select columns button to get access to additional columns to display.

Long-term Mining history - detailed export

The long-term Mining history export dialog can be accessed from the toolbar in the main window of Awesome Miner, in Tools -> Mining history export. Only the selected miners will be used in the dialog.

The Mining history export dialog provides features to export to CSV-file, generate chars and reset all history. All statistics are saved in 5 minute groups, but can be visualized in groups of 1 hour or 1 day as well.
